Join us for a cameraless filmmaking workshop with Deneb Martos Marcos as part of our collaboration with Trobades & Premis Mediterranis Albert Camus 2025. 

In this hands-on workshop, we will explore the landscape of Illa del Rei, using our bodies and natural elements to engage in an experimental filmmaking process. The result will be a film that captures the ‘skin’ of the place. Participants will experiment with techniques like phytograms and chemigrams, working with ecological developers to collaboratively create an experimental film. We will treat the film material with handmade, plant-based developers, applying them directly onto the photosensitive emulsion. The workshop will conclude with a 16mm analogue film projection of the final creation.
